Personal Call Manager - pop ups

When Personal Call Manager is open & minimized on my PC, I get "You have a new call" pop ups for all calls coming into our BCM, not just for the calls ringing on my phone. How can I restrict the pop ups to my own calls?

Make sure that the config in the LAN CTE portion of the BCM as it relates to your PC (machine name, IP or domain/user account) only has your extension listed. Other than that, I can't think of any other reason.

We have a "squared system" -- all 8 lines appear on my set. Could that be the reason?
