Performing Restore with Veritas Backup Exec

Could someone please tell me how to perform a restore with Veritas Backup Exec? Thanks!

I know about the netware version- others are similar; Go into the backup client console, choose the Commands menu. Select restore- pick the items to restore the same as you would pick the items to back up. Follow the prompts.
