Ok, this has to be something small that im missing...

I have a voice mail box that says "we are closed..... leave a message" at the end of all of our Call center scripts... This mailbox works but lets people hit 0... i disabled all outdialing in the RPL and restriced 0-9 for that box, and disabled alternate DN in the mailbox... when i get the mailbox greeting i can hit 0 she replys back CONNECTING... im sorr but that number can not be reached with this service please try again... ALL other digts ar blocked but if i dial any form of multiple 0's it will connect them to our operator, one 0 will not, two, three, etc will. any way to stop this?

Hope i made sense...

Where? I dont see that option in either the mailbox or the RPL... If this is a setting elswhere is this going to be a global change? i only want to change for this mailbox. But either way,,, where do i go to get to it?

tried that too... didnt work, thats when i tried the rest... like i said everything fails except multiple 0's its weird.... 00 000 0000 00000 000000000 and so on...

there is a reference that the Network Management System (NMS) feature does that.....

I tried this with my regular user mailbox and was not able to enter any number of 0's to reach our receptionist. That is strange that 1 zero won't work for you but multiple will. Maybe try to create a new mailbox class to see if a new default one has the issue.
Or post some more info about your configs and maybe we can figure it out.

Yea it is weird that one 0 will get blocked but multiple will go through.. thats why im a bit lost... Usually it wouldnt be a problem, but being the box for the call center we get customers that just hit 00000000000000 thinking they will get an operator, in this case they are! :)

I will "try" to attache a video screen capture of the mailbox and the Class for that box.

class .swf video just download and drag into your browser.

mailbox .swf video just download and drag into your browser.

One 0 follows the revert DN. 0+ indicates a thru dial option not the revert dn. You will be transfered to the number after the 0

Good chunk to know... then the new question becomes how to disable thru dial, if you look at my configs i have NO OUTDIAL rules set for everything?

Yeah that is why I thought if you try to make a new mailbox class since you mentioned the no outdial rules set.

What I am saying is that our PBX must be setup for no thru dial because I can enter a whole lot of 0's and Callpilot just comes back saying that it is not a valid option.

I can look at some of our configs if you can let me know what to look at that might help us figure out your issue.
