You don't know the password do you. I can't go into the simple mode in which you access pdt, if you have the password, you would have to know. sorry.

PDT is Problem Determination Tool and puts you on the code level of VxWorks, thor, cpp, unix. It is the code level of the pbx, added over the years are more Vendor friendly CLI for patches, etc. wrong move = dead switch. unauthorized use = dead forever switch, no Nortel support, possible prosecution.
