Hi all,
We have an Avaya IP500(7.0.12 sw)with Gamma SIP trunks. Our customer has a remote office 200 yards away with IP Phones connected via a VOIP Link to the IP Office.
The remote site has 2 Faxes and 2 Analogue phones, which we have connected up to a couple of Linksys SPA2102-UK, these work fine over the VOIP link and using the SIP Trunks to dial out, the issue we are having is with 2 PDQ machines connected to another SPA2102-UK, these can't connect to the bank to make payments.
Display shows busy, if we connect a phone or fax it works.
At the remote site, if we connect another IP Office and connect a PDQ machine direct to the analogue port and dial out over the same VOIP link and SIP trunks, it works ok, any ideas.
Many thanks - Gooner6.
