PC Wallboard replacement

Hi there,

I have an'old' customer with an IPO 406 running software 4.2
They are also running CCC with PC Wallboards on every desktop(!)
They're interested in migrating to a shiny new IPO500v2 unit

I need a replacement for the PC Wallboard which provides a few simple statistics on the agents desktop. They have rejected the CCR wallboard / CCR Agent view.

Does anybody know a good alternative to the CCR agent view / wallboard.

Ideally something running in the taskbar flashing in big bright colors.

 
Try Xima Chronicall, cheaper and better than CCR anyway, only downside is it's web based and agent licences are not concurrent :)

I'm testing Chronicall as I type.

It doesnt seem to have a desktop wallboard tool. It has to be small. Something that can be in one of the desktop corners in an 'always' on top configuration.

Is that a separate tool?

Xima mailed me a demo key which may or may not be a complete
suite.

Is it part of the Realtime module?

Or a separate application?

Well, it was buggy so they pulled it, it's called Agent wallboard and it will be back in the release after next. The next release is in a month or so and allows you to limit what Agents can see and who they can add to their timeline view and what recordings they can access etc. Apparently they will not go concurrent on the licences as after testing they found that is what makes the data unreliable and why CCC and CCR have issues with inaccurate reports and wallboards etc :)

I asked Xima about it :


There will be a separate agent desktop interface, generally referred to as 'Agent Dashboard' - we will be starting to release it in a test mode in next couple of months.

This interface will give your agents the ability to see individual and group statistics, text messaging, reason codes for inbound/outbound call purposes, etc..
