Hello,
I'm currently building a system (406V2 3.1(56) and VMPro 3.1(18)and CCCV5.0(25)) that needs all calls to go through VMPRo to hit a menu. After making the right choice calls are transferred using the 'blind' transfer option of VMPro. Specially not the assisted transfer as those calls ring internally and mess-up the CCC reports.
All call route related things are fine (haven't checked out all ccc reports though), but the problem is the PCWallboard.
It doesn't give any calls waiting and longest waiting time.
If I call the group that it is set up for internally it works fine. If I route the call directly to the group, it works fine.
But hitting VMPro using a VM:<Modulename> and transferring it to the right group leaves me with a steady 0 00:00 PCWallboard.
Downgrading to 3.0(59) and VMPro 3.0(17) or using the DeltaServer 5.0(25) from the ADmin3.1(56)CBC directory didn't help either.
Any suggestions how to get this setup working (straight to a group and using queuing isn't an option because a menu has to be played to all callers)
Thanks,
Escorthosis.
