PC Wallboard not showing VMPro transferred calls

Hello,

I'm currently building a system (406V2 3.1(56) and VMPro 3.1(18)and CCCV5.0(25)) that needs all calls to go through VMPRo to hit a menu. After making the right choice calls are transferred using the 'blind' transfer option of VMPro. Specially not the assisted transfer as those calls ring internally and mess-up the CCC reports.

All call route related things are fine (haven't checked out all ccc reports though), but the problem is the PCWallboard.

It doesn't give any calls waiting and longest waiting time.
If I call the group that it is set up for internally it works fine. If I route the call directly to the group, it works fine.
But hitting VMPro using a VM:<Modulename> and transferring it to the right group leaves me with a steady 0 00:00 PCWallboard.
Downgrading to 3.0(59) and VMPro 3.0(17) or using the DeltaServer 5.0(25) from the ADmin3.1(56)CBC directory didn't help either.

Any suggestions how to get this setup working (straight to a group and using queuing isn't an option because a menu has to be played to all callers)

Thanks,

Escorthosis.

I am sure you already check "Force Login" with a passcode for each agent....We have the same set up with queuing on to the group and options for callers to make.

Do you have the Archiver connected under Delta server?

I am trying to beep the agents when there calls waiting of 5 or more but no luck. It does splash on the screen but the audible alert beep doesn't seem to push it.

Pdobluis,

Yes the agents are real agents and are using force loging and pincodes.
Are you having the call come in directly on the group and a menu when a caller hits the queue?

We play a menu every time a caller dials in and is transferred according to his choice using the normal transfer action.
In the meantime we discovered another issue:
If an external caller is queuing for the group after making its choice. The PCWallboard is'nt showing it. But when you dial the group internally on this moment, the PCWallboard will show 2 calls and the external callers (longest) waiting time. The wallboard will even go to 1 caller (the external one) when you disconnect the internal call. So I suspect the Deltaserver 5_0_23 from CCC5_0_25.
What version of Deltaserver are you running?

Thanks.

There is an issue with 5.0(25) CCC as described above, The delta Server 5.0(23) which is shipeed with CCC 5.0(25) does not pick up calls correctly when transfed from VM Pro Module. I suggest you ask for "5.0(23) Internal4" Delta Server which resolves the issue you having, please note however this does not resolve the problem is using Assisted Transfer Action in VM Pro on resolves Transfer Action in VM Pro.

Umm anotherprivatebuild !!!

Thanks MrIPO,

I could have tried the DeltaServer 5.0(25) from the CBC directory of the 3.1(56) release, but I got the 5.0(28) release from our supplier.

I'll try this and hope this will kill the bug.

Thanks.

Fixed,

DeltaServer 5_0_28 cured the problem, with a bit extra work.
Only use 5_0_28 for standalone applications. If you use it on a CCC Server it completely messes up the CCC entry in the add/remove list in control panel. (should be fixed in DeltaServer 5_0_29)

But once that was solved even the external calls coming from VMPro were visible on the PC Wallboard.

Escorthorsis:

I have the exact same problem. I would like to speak to you about this if at all possible. You can send your contact information to me if you wish a ccifonedoc at yahoo dot com.

Thanks
