Is the service running?
What does monitor show?
Be sure you set a filter for PC voicemail.

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

It's and IP 500 and the server is the WAN.

One more idea before I reinstall VM PRo.

In the system services I'm getting an alarm saying "VM Pro/lite fails to connect to the control unit PC IP address 192.168.1.201."

The "control unit" here is the IP 500 right? and that IP address is set to 192.168.1.200,
Because why would VM pro fail to connect to the VM server that doesnt make sense.

No faulty cables, tried that =).

Which IP address? LAN 1 or LAN 2?

I have always wished that my computer would be as easy to use as my telephone.
My wish has come true. I no longer know how to use my telephone.

Swap the cable into the LAN port and it will work

It was in the Lan port. Top port. This is crazy, theres no reason why it shouldnt work.

Put a data switch between the 2 units or use a crossover cable.

I'll bet that the Server won't do MDIX switching

Lan2 is 192.168.1.202

I need to try another PC. I dont know what went haywire on this thing, but clearly something happened.

Thanks all for your help. I'm frustrated, but I'm very thankful you all took the time to try to help me resolve this issue.

Change that to 192,168.43.1

The LAN 1 and LAN 2 addresses must be on different subnets.

Hey, I have seen things like this happen before because of a Windows Security Update, I would delete any updates that happened in the last few days if any were installed.

I did that, no change. I'm starting to install the software on another PC. Hoping this fixes our problems.

You need he LAN 2 in a different address, you need to save with an immediate reboot/timed, and hen power off/on for good measure, the issue is the two ports being in the same range :)
