PBX Models and versions that support KX-NT500 series IP Phones

Hello guys,
I did have a document that listed all the Models and from what version each PBX Model (KX-TDA/KX-TDE/KX-NCP e.t.c) supported the NT500series IP Phones. I lost it, anybody with a link pointing to it?
I will be grateful For Example.

The NCP/TDE systems need both System Firmware v8+ and Card Firmware v8+ to accept the NT5xx phones. Without both, the phone will work but the display will fill up with zeros.
