Patches for MD110

There have been having problems on the E1s interconnecting a router 7206 to MD110 PBX. All calls terminating on the PBX via the router are not diverted to the Voicemail system on 'No Answer'. I have done fault finding on this problem and i believe that patches from Ericsson will fix it.

I need to know if indeed there are patches to fix this problem and how it can be gotten.

 
What kind of fault "finding"? Which version? Which protocol? Any traces with the fault active? A little bit more specific, please.
 
The version is BC11, Protocol is now National ISDN.

I was using QSIG but experienced fast busy on the channels consistently. A status of the channels show idle but a trace on the router shows that the pbx is rejecting calls. I have since changed to National ISDN but since then we can't make use of QSIG features such as call forwarding, name display....

I need to know if there are corrective patches for the QSIG issues and how it can be gotten.
