Our receptionist receives all incoming calls at extension 12 and I would like to switch her to extension 10. I can swap the extensions at the control unit, but I don't know how to assign all calls to ring at extension 10. Been going through the manual but I'm afraid to try anything based off half-understanding. The guy who was here before liked to keep everything secret... most likely to create a sense of job security.

You want to make Ext. 10 ring, and make Ext. 12 NOT ring?

At Ext. 10, Feature 00, Left Intercom Twice, Right Intercom Once

Dial the extension number that you want to change

The lines light up, steady is Immediate Ring, slow flash is Delayed Ring, fast fluttering is No Ring

Touch each line button to toggle between the options, it cycle to the next option each time you touch it, the display will also indicate the ringing for the line.

Once you have the extension set the way you want, press the Right Intercom button, and either dial another extension number to continue, or press Feature and dial 00 to exit

That did the trick. Thanks very much!
