How can I configure my partner ACS to enable the doorphone to ring more than once? The doorphone only rings once on the destination extensions. The user seating at her desk can only hear one ring coming from the doorphone.

That is why I prefer the Avaya door phone controller. It uses a line port instead on an extension port.

Spare extension and line ports? Make the doorphone a hotline extension that dials an extension that loops to a CO with unique ringing.....

You can treat the doorphone as a regular phone w/hotline feature - have it ring group - all phones in group will ring. However, it won't provide the "ding dong" sound.

Can I have the doorphone "ding dong" to a paging group for overhead paging? Or would I need to have it go into the CO and have an external line ringer?
