We are working a sale and their current system has a feature called Park N Page where the customer in the clients voicemail can state "press 1 to have me paged" in the greeting of their voicemail. Then the customer gets routed to a park group and the system pages over the phones and overhead that a call is parked on orbit# for the client. The client then can go to their desk or the nearest phone and pickup the park orbit and speak with their customer. Has anyone ever attempted this before on an IP Office?
