I have a problem setting up the call waiting. When the operator is busy on the phone and somebody calls on the same line, instead of getting the incoming call signal or call waiting signal the phone transfers to extension 102. Is there a way to fix that?
The phone company call waiting is activated, i tried Intercom 7311 and it shows "Call Waiting 1" on the display and also canceled the call forwarding option.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

how is the call set to ring, is it using hunt group or dil1:n table
 
The hunt group is disabled but the diL1.n is set to immdt.
 
is there a delay ring on ext 102. Do you have isdn or auto attendant?
 
there is no delay on 102 and also do not have ISDN or auto attendant.
 
I disabled all the diL1:n except 101 and it seems to be working.
