I have a problem setting up the call waiting. When the operator is busy on the phone and somebody calls on the same line, instead of getting the incoming call signal or call waiting signal the phone transfers to extension 102. Is there a way to fix that?
The phone company call waiting is activated, i tried Intercom 7311 and it shows "Call Waiting 1" on the display and also canceled the call forwarding option.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
