upgraded partner to ipo

paging amplifier was plugged into paging port on partner

ive tried everything i could find

set it to paging speaker and went off hook with my test set rebooted (did not work)

changed it to an IVR port and all i got was dial tone on the speaker

changed it to analog handset and just got dial tone on the speaker


any ideas?

Sounds like you need a Bogen UTI1

Thats an amplifier. This is a piece of equipment that sits between the IPO and the Amp. You can set it to do a CO or Analog station integration with the IP Office.

Yes.

I am not sure what they have done, could have been a different amplifier.

got it working without this device

went off hook with my test set
plugged paging back in

created shortcode dial paging

this worked
