Paging IP 500

OK I'm probably missing something stupid.

Coming from a Partner System

Customer has Night Bell and overhead paging

IP 500 can use either a station or trunk port connecting to a page pal (I have a UPAM if needed)

I can get Paging to work but not the night ringer.If I unplug from the Page port (on Page Pal) the night ringer will work,Its like the page port is staying hung up (I know on a page pal the paging takes priority over the night ringer)

Please help it driving me crazy

Is the analog port you are using in one of the modules of the IP500 or is it on an expansion analog module?
