Page intercom - even if user is on the phone

Hello,

I have a client using an old lucent partner system. The system has a feature that allows someone to page a users intercom even if they are on the phone. My client would like to upgrade their system and this feature is key for their business.

Does the newer IP office systems allow this type of configuration?

Just like to point out that the Partner system does not have off hook voice announce - your customer may have a Merlin system with MLX sets, which does support that feature.

Yes, you are correct. Confused it with another clients system that looks similar.

Does IP Office support off hook voice announce?
