They all just say PA-CC118 in the documents on the card diagram.

Problem has been, intermittent registration issues.

All IP phones on our system are loosing their connection to our DRS multiple times throughout the day. The phone will loose dial tone or drop the call if on the line with someone. The display on the phones will say, "PH Unavailable", "Network Busy" or "NW Busy Reboot Now". It will then keep trying to connect to the DRS multiple times (display message: "Connecting to DHCP", "DRS(1st) Connecting") until it succeeds and then phone will return to it's fully functional state.

Any NEC experts out there?

CC-118's were a short lived product. You may have difficulty finding them.
In any case, I would start with your network. The CC-118 has a network connection to a data switch. Check out the LAN cable connections and switch port. You may need to put a wireshark on it to see what is actually happening to cause it to lose connectivity. The hardware in the system is pretty robust. They rarely go bad.

You are accurate! Very difficult time finding one. If anyone has a spare one, or a used one in an old system. Please let me know!
