So, I've searched several of the forums for how to do this, and have either overlooked something, or haven't been able to find a solution. I'm using IP Office Manager 7.0, and VM Pro Client 5.0.
Basically, what I'm trying to do is set up my system to ring a HuntGroup. After 15 sec, I'd like it to go to some sort of overflow, while still ringing the original Huntgroup. Essentially, if someone dialed in, they'd go to the Operator. If that person can't pick up, I'd like to have some overflow help, and still ring at the Operator desk.
I've tried setting up Overflows, but those drop the Operator/stop ringing once they roll over to the new overflow HuntGroup. I've also tried just using User extensions, but the ringing options don't really give me that option either.
Any tips/answers would be appreciated. I'm trying to build & roll out of new call flow for our company, and this would really help. Thanks all.
