CS 1000M MG running 4.5W CallPilot 703T running 4.04.04 SU2.
As you know you can't put a CDN in the OVDN prompt for an ACD to overflow a queue to VM. My work around for this was to use the acd (the 2008 ‘s for CP) and build an SDN pointing that number to voice messaging. Well it has just mysteriously stopped working. I’m using the same function in two other switches with no problems, and in fact this has worked for about two years with no problems. All the releases in the other switches are the same, just 11C’s with 201i’s. Do I need to reboot the CP or do I need to INI the switch side. Any ideas????
