Hi Guys,

I have a system where everyone has to get an outside line via the operator. So, when they say "Can i have an outside line?"

How do i do it?

I can dial the number for them and transfer it no problem, but when i need to get a line, it won't work. It's an ISDN30

Thanks

You must add for eache sets access to PRI (BlocA) ...
Default setting for each set is access to Pool A but PRI have usually Bloc A ...

Open EM,
In Telephony/ sets/active sets/ pool access -->add blocA...

have you configured destination code and route ?

Is this a new system or has this been working?

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

Your assignining the Lines to 221, you need to assign the Pool to each phone. what pool iare the BRI assigned to? Look at each trunk to see.

Ace I think he wants each station to call 221 to get an outside line, not have access to them directly(which is what I think you are explaining to him).

I read that the other way, the phones can't get an outside line because it isn't programmed right and the only way they can make a call it to call the ATT and have her give them a line.
