Hi Guys I have the above traces on 2 PBX system. Both have their own ISDN lines to call out. If you can see on PBX 1 when i try to dial an outside line and utilize ARS table, the PBX seems to collect the whole digits first before processing it.

On PBX 2

If you can see, my full digits is 65979777 and ars code is 9, but why did the PBX seems to have an incomplete digit 10:59:11 dial 9659797 route:ARS then it will start processing and will show the full digits on the following lines:
10:59:11 term trunk-group 28 cid 0x2962
10:59:11 dial 965979777 route:ARS
10:59:11 route-pattern 60 preference 1 cid 0x2962

its a little bit weird. I need my PBX 2 to be like PBX 1. I tried simulating a call on another client with the same CM version as PBX 2 but the out put of the trace is same with PBX 1. How come?

I believe the incomplete entry is showing you where/what it found a match in the ARS table. Do you have a complete entry for the whole number? There may be another entry in front of it that is getting the match.

The full digits that im dialing to callout after the ars FAC is 65979777 (mobile number)

ARS FAC is 9

But what is in the ARS table? It looks like it is getting a match on 9659797 and that is what it is showing you. It doesn't need the 77 for the match but it shows you the whole number when it routes the call.

On pbx1 it is not getting a match until the whole number 964267999 is parsed.

I have a simple ars and checked if there is so called "match" on it but there is none. See my ars below:

Try changing your max on digits 6 and 9 to either 11 or 12 and see what happens.
