We are having a problem getting Outlook 2003 to connect to more than one mailbox on Exchange 2010.
We log into Outlook 2003 as a Exchange 2003 mailbox user with permissions set to access two 2010 mailboxes. Client-server encryption is enabled. We connect to a calendar (mailbox a) using "File > Open > Other User's Folder...". This is successful. We then try to open a second mailbox (mailbox b) also on the same Exchange 2010 server and it fails with the message:
"Unable to display the folder. The information store could not be opened."
Then we close and open Outlook, reverse the order, and the same thing happens. "Mailbox b" on Exchange 2010 works, and "mailbox a" now fails when opened second. When using Outlook 2007 or Outlook 2010 this problem does not occur. Those are not options at this moment, we need to use Outlook 2003 for now.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you.
