Ladies and Gents,
Can you have one group of people using "9" to access ARS and another group not using the ARS access code of "9"?
My dilema is I have a group of users who need to access a specific trunk for outdialing to the client, but not for normal outdialing to vendors or consultants.
Mind you the rest of the company all use ARS fac "9".
My dilema is how to I let them dial out via this trunk without ARS.
Thanks in advance.
