I have a facility that is set up to use line group 3 when making outbound calls from certain extensions. Is there a way that I can make it select another group when there are no available lines it the first group, for example all of the lines are in use, can they switch to line group 4 to make the outbound call??

Add ARS 51 as the Backup Route- Put it in ARS 50 as Out of Service Route.
