Outbound faxing not working

Hi all,

As of yesterday all of my fax machines that go through the BCM 400 stopped being able to send. I am still able to receive faxes, it is just sending that is the issue. I had Centurylink check both of the T1/PRIs we have coming in and they said they are both clean. At a loss of why all the sudden these fax machines that have always worked just stopped working. What's my next step?
 
Test the ports and/or jack on the BCM with an analog set.
Depending what you get depends on how to proceed.

Did you check programming is ok?

Getting my hands on an analog set currently. I'll respond with the results. In regards to programming, do you mean through BCM Element Manager? Nothing has changed there programming wise if that's what you mean.
 
No dial tone from any of the analog ports. What's next?
 
Loose amphenol or else bad card.
