Outbound calls not working when logged in as an agent

Hi,

I have a problem in that I am not able to make outbound calls when logged in using my agent ID. However when using the station itself, I am able to make outbound calls. The COR for the station and Agent login are the same. When I run a trace on the station when making the call as an agent, the calls seems to be going through fine, however I get the message the number has been dialed incorrectly.

Any ideas??

Never mind figured it out. Had an issue to do with FRL on the COR.

Mitel and CM do COS and COR.
Both COS and COR are bugger except for Intrigrant :)

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

 
In our region there are only a very few customers interested in using some sort of COS/COR, only blocking some extensions for external traffic is sufficient enough.
We never have to program User restrictions, I only use it to deploy settings to a number of users by copying the settings in User Restrictions to users.
So I am very happy IP Office doesn't have such COS/COR tables, saves a lot of work and headaches.
