I have a problem in that I am not able to make outbound calls when logged in using my agent ID. However when using the station itself, I am able to make outbound calls. The COR for the station and Agent login are the same. When I run a trace on the station when making the call as an agent, the calls seems to be going through fine, however I get the message the number has been dialed incorrectly.
Any ideas??
