When I have VM Pro do an outbound call alert it picks up a channel on my PRI and dials.
I have a multi-tenant situation which alerts different tennants. They would like their own clid info to be on the outbound call alert. The problem is how do I get the shortcode to rewrite the caller id into the phone number.
Is there a user or system setting to change this info? Can I have the users source include the short code?
Any ideas?
