Does anyone know of a way to play a pre-recorded message to an answering party anytime a logged-in agent places an outbound phone call? Kinda like a VOA on outbound calls...

We're running Comm Manager 3.0.1, and I am not aware of any feature that allows you do to this.

Good question. I would also like to know if possible. I was told that it is not possible.

your nickname suggests that you're not infamiliar with cti concepts. developing a custom cti application is one way to do that. another way is to use something already available, avaya proactive contact for example.
