Good afternoon everyone,
I have 6 CS1000 PBX's that I am currently managing.
I need to get call accounting / CDR functionality on to them.
They used to be connected to OTM back when they were Option 11's.
Using my OTM software, is it possible to get these PBX's back on to the OTM system so I can pull reports again?
Is there any documentation I can follow?
I'm not the smartest when it comes to my PBX's and could use any help that anyone is willing to offer.
