OSBIZ X8 V2R2 - MY SIP TRUNKS CAN ONLY USE 5 OUTBOUND CALLS ONLY

Hello Guys,

I have my Openscape Business X8 V2R2. I have successfully registered my ITSP and actually already used the 12 SIP LINES FOR INBOUND AND OUTBOUND. Licenses is Good i can see that 12 is being input. Distribution of bandwidth is checked and good. 1600kbps = 12 lines.. But the problem is that I can only used 5 OUTBOUND CALLS simultaneously. When trying for 6th outbound call. Phone says " not accessible".

Is there anyone who has the same problem that I have encountered?

I cannot access the partner portal as of now that's why i cannot check if there's service info with regards to this issue.

Do you have 12 trunks enabled with the SIP provider?

are your 12 trunks showing as active in trunks/routing?
 
Do you have an OCCB?
The X8 has 8 dsp channels onboard and when you use non IP phones you
need a dsp channel for each call.
One to three channels are reserved for MOH.

Yes, and I can see that it is randomly used. But unfortunately max. of 5 calls are only allowed.

Actually, that is what we thinking also. Apparently, there is no OCCB on the system. SO this may resolves the issue.
We'll try it asap.
