My notes for ordering CCIS in the past is that I provide clocking to telco instead of them to me...is that correct? Or should I let them provide the clocking?

Thank you

Always clock from telco whenever possible. They have a higher stratum (accuracy).

If you are doing this point to point T1 CCIS you will have to have one system as clock the other as slave. If one system has a T1 or PRI for dial tone you SHOULD set that system for slave and clock off that and make that master for the PTP CCIS T1. Point to point circuits never provide clock.

CoralTech -- its for a Point to point CCIS. Neither system has a T1 or PRI -- they both run SIP trunks. What to do in that scenario?
