IS-IT--Management
Hello,
We recently changed our phone service from (2) T1s to AT&Ts IPFlex solution. I haven't had too many problems with the new service but I have one now. We never had the option enabled on our switch to call forward to an external number due to our previous management as they did not want this capability. So, now times have changed. I have been testing this out on my extension which is a 2616 set. I have enabled the CFXA to allow and have the redirection DN length set to 16. When I set the call forward to an external number 91<area code><number>, a call that comes in is routed to console (operator) instead of the number that was set in the call forward. I do not know what to look for as to why this is happening.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
