Preface: All I know I about maintaining this equipment is what I've gleaned from various online FAQs, books and this website...not well versed in telecom in general.
We are a remote site using an Option 11. Our head office has various 4 digit extensions, but specifically I am unable to dial anything from 1000 to 1009. 1010 works fine.

Not really sure where to go next because as I've been able to understand it, if 1010 works, then so should 1000-1009. Any help is appreciated!
