Your cables between cabinets connected correctly? Do you have network activity on each cab? Are all your cards up and idle? What is the maint terminal telling you is wrong (error messages etc)

MGC configration

2d cabinet zone 1

You should have a separate zone for each MGC (cabinet).

You must have IP connectivity between all components for calls to work between cabinets.

Have you programmed your DSP daughtercards on the MGC's, or VGW channels on VGMC (MC-32) cards?

Have you programmed your Conf and TDS loops (2 each for every MGC)?

Have you programmed your DTR's for each cabinet (cards 14 & 15 of each MGC)?

Does the faceplate of each MGC show the Loop and Shelf number that you have assigned to each?

thanks allenmac

Thanks all,
