I'm attempting to setup a PRI with a new carrier. Outbound calls work just fine but inbound calls will connect for just a split second and then drop. Below are the d-channel messages I have captured from the call. Trunks are configured as DID and PRI is set for National. Hoping someone might have some ideas.

Forgot to also mention, the inbound call will ring the phone for just a split second, partial ring and then the call drops. I an call the extension internally without issue.

I do have an IDC table associated with this route, but this extension is not configured. Here is the dch programming.

try removing COLP from the RCAP on the Dchannel. I don't know what carrier you have, but I had an issue where that caused the same problem. Removed COLP and all worked fine. It's makes absolutely no sense why it would make a difference, but it did in my case.

It's actually COLP and doubt you can remove it. Out it an rebuild it

COLP is the default. It won't let me Xcolp when building it. If I select another option, it puts both in.

Don't put anything in the RCAP when you build it and see if it is there

Even if I don't put anything in the at the RCAP prompt, then print when built, colp is there. Get the same sch0531 if I try to remove it.

Also that Release ID should be blank or a * in that field. That is reserved for Nortel to Nortel

I would try changing your B-channels and route to VCE

I used to have super powers but my therapist took them away...

Again, I appreciate the suggestions but still experiencing the same problem.
Changed the CO Type to ATT and removed 25 from the Rls ID, no change in call behavior.

Also tried changing route to VCE, trunk is stills set for DID. With this change I no longer get a half ring on the analog station, the call just dropped once dialed.

With either of these settings I can make an external call.

this message shows the disconnect from the far end---telco is sending the disconnect
