Operator Privacy on transfer

When the operator transfers a call and announces the caller - the caller can hear. Is there a way to get privacy on that transfer?

Have the operator hit the "excl src" key to exclude the caller from the conversation.

Check the OPT in LD 15 for SYA(Secrecy Allowed). I think that controls what you're looking for.

Thanks - that was it - pushed the excl src and it muted. It doesn't seem to be an on-off switch so we're not sure how it got turned off?? She's going to keep her eye on it.
