Hi all,
This is a question for whoever uses Micros RES(any version) and Simphony (any version, cloud or self hosted)in hotels.
So apparently from time to time when an employee tries to close a check it gets an error IFS No communion check cables etc. In the logs we can see the interface timing out (we don't look after the interfaces) and the check is not posted to Opera so the employee tries again and again and again until the interface is responding. The issue is that in between this time Opera somehow gets this check and it records it the same amount of times as the employee tries to close the check.
Does anyone has issues with this as well? Oracle support just dials in takes logs and that's it no answers.
Thanks
