hi All
I have made my .mdb and .mde file in Access2002 SP3 format for users. But now i came to know that users have Access97 on there PCs. What should I do or what is the solution because neither .mdb nor mde file is running on there PCs.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Make a copy of your .mdb
Open the copy in Access 2002.
Go to Tools > Database Utilities > Convert Database > To Access 97 File Format
Distribute the Access 97 version to your users that have not upgraded.

Thanx for qick reply.I did as u said, converted into 97 format. When the user opened it in Access 97.It asked for compiling.User compiled the module,it gave error on .AddItem property of ListBox that 'Item not found'. I think that may be some properties are not supported in this old version. Because when i was converting into 97 format. The message came that it will lost some properties which are supported in that version. What do you say. And what about .AddItem property of listBox. Can we replace this property according to 97 version.

Unfortunately, I don't have a copy of Access 97 available to test on. Obviously, as you've all ready discovered, there will be some modifications necessary. Hopefully, someone using Access 97 will have an answer for you.

No chance of upgrading your user?

Good luck.
