I am stuck.

working on a MICS 2.0 , with Startalk Flash NVM 3.0.10A.
AA is active and answers calls, but after only 3 rings.

I can not find where to change that number and to make it worse, when the receptionist goes to lunch, she forwards to alt dn and so then we only get one ring, then goes to AA.
How do i change the number of rings before AA/VM kicks in.

We moved into this facility from a prior company and so they had the receptionist dn set to 241. For some reason, they did'nt use the standard lowest dn. (221). The control set for all sets is 241.
Anyway, the alternate dn she transfers to is 325. Just a common set. Nothing special.

I tried F915 and found that is shows : 301
From the forum, I saw an old post showing the 915 is used to find out CallPilot dn. I did'nt even know we had CallPilot.
I thought we had StarTalk Flash NVM 3.0.10A.
When I access F983, I tried to find any option that controls the AA ring delay, but nothing I try seems to make any difference.

Time for a call to your neighborhood vendor. He/she can help you.

In 983 programming look under aa, lines, ans yes or no
the ones you want are already set (ans Yes)
look at rings 0 to 8 or 10( not sure how high it goes.)
the ones you say are at 3 change to 4 or more
4 is transferred at the beginning of the 5th ring
you have to know what trunk numbers you are dealing with
If you don't know what you are doing you could cause yourself a lot of pain. navigating thru that table is not nice because you can only go forward.
Get out of VM Programming and Go to set programming
check the forward no answer on set 325 and DRT to prime N make it DRT Delay more than your aa ans and fna
are you sure you really want to do this?
make sure forward busy is set to NO on all ringing sets.
there are a lot of things that have to work together here and to recognize how they interact takes a bit of experience.
