Hi Guys,

Would anyone have any suggestions.

I have an application server running at the latest build 9.1.4
Server Type: ProLiant DL380 Gen9
Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v3 @ 2.40GHz
Speed: 2.3GHz
Cores: 12
Hard Disk Size: 133G
RAM: 7.5G

Voicemail Pro is running on server along with OneXPortal.
In total the number of Licenced Extensions for 1XPortal is 35 and they are all local IP extensions.
The IP Phones are on LAN 1 subnet with there own POE Switches.
On LAN 2 is the computer/Data subnet with Application server on the Data network.
The Users who have onexPortal find it is not very repsonsive and takes along time to park show ongoing call and to drop a call. If you drop a call on the handset it taks around 50 seconds to clear down on the OneXportal.

Would anyone have any ideas?

Clearly your server specs are not the issue - if the setup can run on a UC module it can certainly run on your server! It's probably worth upgrading to 9.1.5 to see if that changes anything...

Has it been slow since the beginning or is this a more recent development?

We have the same issue all on 9.1.4 linux, sometimes it takes upto 14 seconds until the screen reacts. Avaya said "We have some delays on One-X Protal 9.1.4....." I would think so.

WOW!! Not a bad spec machine for 35 users!!! IS that standalone or part of a virtual server??

Hi, I thought One X portal needed to be on the same subnet as LAN 1?
Or is that only with the UCM?
