ONEXAGENT and VMWARE

Has anyone had success deploying and running Avaya One X Communicator or One X Agent in a VMware environment? We can successfully deploy the client and test, however the audio is horrible. It is choppy and breaks in and out. We are on CM 6.3 using OneXAgent 2.5 and Communicator 6.2. Both Communicator and One X Agent work when I test using my desktop and log into the VMware environment. But When I use it remotely connecting via my ISP the audio is not there. Any suggestions.

Anyone have any success with this?

I have the same issue, but we are just carving out desktops from our ESX environment for a pilot. I'm told that VM Horizon manages the 2 way audio better.
We ended up using a pots line for the talk path and One-x for control.

After all my testing scenarios it works fine when you are physically connected to the network via a patch cable. The only instance in which it does work is if you connect via VPN or VMware Horizon Client and you use Telecommuter mode.
