OneX call history

Hello,

I have onex in 9.1.5 with more than one hundred users
All work fine but one user hasn't call history
The browser synchronisation is good but the onex say "no call history"

any idea ?
 
Does the user have a call history on the phone itself?

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!
 
The user has a communicator with no call history too
 
I think it works only if you create a H323 extension for the user even if it should not be needed.

I know Avaya knows about that issue but I am not sure if it is fixed with the latest SP.

I don't think that is the case. ACW should display the call history even if there is no H323 extn for the user.
If ACW is connected to one-X Portal then the call history comes from one-X Portal. So it needs to be checked if one-X displays call history. If yes, it should be displayed in ACW. If one-X is displaying call history but it is not present in ACW, then check the connectivity with one-X or there could be some issue. The issue is not seen in 9.1.6 with latest Communicator.

if history is not getting created then it is a new issue..

 
It should display... Yes it should but it doesn't. From what I've heard it has been discussed in R10 beta as well.
