One x record button greyed out.

I have the one x app installed on my iphone but I can't record a call though the app. I can record a call though the 9608 phone It shares the number with but the record button on the app is greyed out. I tried to dial the short to record a call but I seem to get a cut off message that the call is being recorded and the recording does not start. Could there be something in the onex app not turned on?

I looked on the android app and i don't even have it as an option.( i even connected a call and checked). R9 system.
Do you have the onex mobile for ip office application or just the onex mobile application ( which is for Avaya Aura)?

I have just had a go - latest version of one-x mobile, server edition on 9.1.3 doing the one-x.

I have the option to record on my phone and when I press it it takes a few seconds but then the call starts recording. I would ensure when testing you are not calling from your one-x extension to your desk extension (same number) as this will make it go all weird

I do not have anything special setup within one-x for this.

I did notice that the android I tried it with had no record button. I am not trying my own number.

My record button is under the More button when on a call. What version of the app do you have, mine is on 1.9.0.10517 and I am using a Sony Z3C.

Recording is from 9.1 up.
So if you are running 9.0 then it isn't an option.

That would appear to be the case as there is no record button when I connect to my 9.0 system.
