Upgraded UCM Module to service pack 4(ucm_9.0.400-7) yesterday & am having issues with one x portal. My question is can you just uninstall the One X Portal App & than re-install it for a fresh ignition process? Will this have any effect on Voice mail?
(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP addres of your UCM)
Go to the updates page and uninstall.
After that install and it is default i think.
There should also be a One-X rpm which can make it default but i never tried that.
Thanks everything was perfect after we did the uninstall & than re-installed it. There was also a spot to clear the cache as I could still see the old version as a choice when I re-installed it.It was not the ignition process that I had to do after the re-install but rather just had to input the IP address & do a collection of the user data. This is exactly what I was looking to do as it did not even take the Voice Mail down during the process. Thanks again!!!
