One-X Portal on UCM needs to be stopped and started periodically

IP500V2 9.1.7 with UCM running VM Pro and One-X Portal. Users are utilizing the VOIP features of one-x mobile and works fine until the service goes into a yellow state when monitoring through the UCM Web page and must be stopped and restarted periodically. It could run for a few days and upwards of 12 days but eventually gets hung up and must be restarted. Anyone out there experience this issue?
 
Know issue
Report it to Avaya
they will still make you provide all sorts of logfiles but they should be able to tel you how to resolve this one

DO NOT Upgrade to V9.1.8 even if they tel you to. it has not been fixed in V9.1.8 yet


Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear
 
Yeah, what IPGuru said. It is an rpm patch for One-X. Make sure that any Communicator and Outlook Plug-Ins are updated too. It is an interaction issue that is causing the lockup. The patch is useless if users ignore your request to upgrade.
