IP500V2 9.1.7 with UCM running VM Pro and One-X Portal. Users are utilizing the VOIP features of one-x mobile and works fine until the service goes into a yellow state when monitoring through the UCM Web page and must be stopped and restarted periodically. It could run for a few days and upwards of 12 days but eventually gets hung up and must be restarted. Anyone out there experience this issue?
